Are the Orcadian Novels MM/Gay Romance?


Kind of.


I've read some interesting posts about gay fiction vs. MM Romance, and it got me thinking about the Orcadian Novels.


When I wrote Body of Water, it was intended to be a stand-alone romantic fantasy/adventure, and has two romance plots—one with a failed romance and one that's successful.


Memory of Water is the same, but there's one romance plot.


But Spirit of Water? Right now, there's no romance because—

—Leven and Dom are a couple, as are Shaun and Lorcan.

Spirit of Water is focused on the aftermath of the London disaster and whether the gang can defeat Teran.


With that in mind, what do I market Spirit of Water as? Gay Fiction? Romance? Fantasy? And then the omnibus of all three novels...?
